Payment Security (PCI DSS)
All payment processing is handled exclusively by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider. packHQ never stores, transmits, or touches raw card numbers.
API Key Storage
API keys are stored as SHA-256 hashes — even P4 Software cannot recover a lost key. Rotate keys immediately if you suspect a compromise; the portal lets you revoke and regenerate at any time.
GDPR & Data Minimization
We process personal data only as necessary to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support.
Encryption in Transit & At Rest
All traffic is served over HTTPS/TLS. Data stored in Azure SQL is encrypted at rest with Azure-managed keys.
Result Retention & Purge
Packing results are retained for 30 days on the free tier and per your plan on commercial tiers. Results are purged automatically — no manual action required.
